Payment

Shipping

Shipment will occur within 7 working days after each order is placed. Shipping rates are calculated by third-party carriers and vary based on shipping destinations. Shipping notification will be sent via email as soon as an order is fulfilled.

All physical products purchased from the Service are subject to shipment contract with the understanding that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to the purchasing party upon delivery of product to the carrier.

Order & Return

All products are carefully inspected and packaged by our team prior to shipment.

All orders placed may not be cancelled. If you wish to change your order, please email us at web@jettone.net as soon as possible after placing your order, include your order number in the subject line, and we will try our best to find a resolution.

We do not accept exchanges or returns.
